i did configure a call center on bcm 50 rls 2 , the problem is when the agents are busy,, the bcm does not play the expected wait time files ; it goes to the message it plays the file that inform the caller that we can not answer your call at the moment...etc........
the same problem i have on another bcm 50 rls 2.....is this rls 2 problem.....and how can i go over this one? patch file or any thing
