Ok so we purged files on the RCC and now:
I was able to speed up the reports by setting up a new folder on the RCC but now I cannot access any of the new data. “Invalid Request” is the error I get when I try to Get Latest Call Center Data or when I try the Contact Center Connection. This also means our Wallboard is not functioning.
Any help is appreciated.
