Call Center masquerading

hi all.


Currently I have on production a Call Center, and it is working with cisco IP phones 7960 & 7940, also some softphone. The problem is that I want to masquerade the internal Pilot Point IP extensions, this means, that nobody outside this Pilot Point could call to those extensions, and all the external calls go through the same number, 1234.

Could it be possible to set up these features?

I forgot, the CCM version is 3.3(2).

You could effect this with Partitions. This is basically a reachability exercise, and you can control that through the use of Partitions and Calling Search Spaces.
