I set up a 5 user call center at an insurance office. Only 3 users are normally logged in, but when they do not recieve calls for more than 10 minutes the user is getting logged out of the call center. I have not seen this happen and i programmed a cancel break button on each of their phones. Do you believe this is just user error or is their something in programming that i missed that logs a user out after a certain not busy period.
