Has anyone had this issue?
BCM 400 4.0 Fully patched.
When calls are being are in que and then distributed to music or all agents are busy you hear 1 or 2 rings. All other CC's I've done you never hear ringing the calls go right to the next step. Anyone have any thoughts?

Ringing on a Distribution is normal. MOH or Greeting on queue is normal. It's one or the other.

"Adversity is Opportunity

In the callpilot CC you will hear rings.Don't know why but.

I understand that you will hear ringing when agents are avaliable. But when a call distributes to the next step like MOH it rings and I thought you shouldn't hear ringing. Customer does not like that.

if no agents are available and it stays in distribution you may get ring tones if all the cp ports are busy then when one frees up it will get the right message

check and see how many ports are set for call center priority

HALLOWED ARE THE ORI
