Call Center ignoring logged in agents

Nortel MICS w/6.1 and Callpilot 100 w 3.1 and Call Center activated. When agents are logged into Call Center system works good for 1-3 days and then for no apparent reason calls ignore an agent and wait in the que just as if "make not ready" was activated but it is not. Phone indicates agent is still logged in and when using Callpilot interface it also shows agent is logged in, make not ready indicator is not on and the only way to correct the issue is to reboot the Callpilot. We have installed a different Callpilot and reprogrammed from scratch to eliminate the possibility of corrupted software being transferred over but the issue still exists. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!
 
THANKS, THANKS, THANKS Just days before you replyed I actually came across the software update revisions and found revision 31.10.17.22 addressing this issue. After hours of trial and error, trying a second Call Pilot and reprogramming from fresh (both our origional callpilot and the replacment callpilot had 31.10.14.22 installed) updated to the most current version over the weekend and so far problem is gone. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED HERE FIRST. Thanks again. I will save your link for any future problems.
