Hi! I've been trying to get the Symposium Call Center Graphical Real-Time Display to work. Once it is installed, and I try to run it, I get the error: Run-time error '429'- ActiveX component can't create object. Any suggestions?

What version Symposium are you running and what PEP's are installed ?

I am running SECC 4.2 Client and it doesn't show any PEP's installed. I am also running Vista Business if that helps.
