Can a Call Pilot 150 function only as a Call Center or Voicemail but not both at the same time? If you need both functions, do you have to set up two different systems? Can you hook up a wallboard, if so, any recommendations on a wallboard manufacturer?

Thanks!

One call pilot will do both. i believe Nortel makes a wall board for the CP

Do you need to purchase a keycode to do both?

you need a key code for call center... not sure but I don't think so for wallboard

I have not heard of a wall board for the CallPilot.

I am aware ( but would never recommend ) of a wall board
for the older NAM with Cinphony or Prelude (Cintech products).

If there is such a product as wall boards for the CallPilot,
I would be interested in any information of them as I have never heard of such.

Check out the following URL for a wallboard that is supposed to be compatible with Call Center on Call Pilot and BCM. It is a British company, though and shipping runs $250.
It looks like Call Pilot IP View would provide wall board functionality on PCs through the network, which would also allow a large monitor to operate as a wallboard. We will be testing this in house soon and I will post results.

I read the above info & link about the Wallboards.

What type of Call Center Applications would this be used for?
Is this a type of situation that a multiple siteretail business would use to display ads?

Folks,

If you need a wallboard:
Install CallPilot Basic Call Center via keycode.
Install CallPilot Call Center Reporting via keycode.
The reporting key will unlock wallboard functionality.

On the CallPilot documentation CD you will find the "optional Software" folder. In this folder you will find the IPView softboard application which you can install on multiple desktops. You will find documentation on the same CD.
This wallboard is OEM'd by ITEL.
