Call Center Estimated Wait Time 1

IPO 8.1(63) with VM Pro, also have CCR implemented.

Is there a way to provide an estimated wait time to callers waiting in queue for Call Center agents?
I haven't found anything in the documentation.

Unless you have a large number of agents & a busy call centre I would personally avoid ETA because the estimates can vary considerably from actuality & usually only serve to annoy callers YMMV

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
