Is it possible to set the caller ID to instantly display the skillset name. At the moment, it displays the CLID on the agents phone for a couple of rings and then the skill set.
 
You'd have to set CLID to None in call center. It'll display the name or number for a couple seconds, then the skillset name if CLID is enabled.
