OK, I have posted about this problem in the past with no resolution .So a brief explanation with updated information is appropriate. We have Call Pilot 150 installed and are trying to get the reporting working. We have entered the key code and checked "installed options" in the call center manager with the following options showing installed: Subscriber Mailboxes 84, Enhanced Call Center, Active Agents 50, Skillsets 30, Intelligent Routing, Supervisor Monitor, and Call Center Reporting. As you can see Enhanced Call Center and Call Center Reporting are showing installed on the Call Center. We have installed the Master Client software on a fresh Windows XP machine with no service packs or updates as recommended by other users and the RDB server is working on the machine. We can log in and see that the client machine is working as it should with blank skillsets showing(default skillsets not the ones configured on the Call Center), and receiving no other information from the Call Center. We knew that we needed to enter the IP address of the Master Client into the Call Center so it could receive information somewhere, but did not know where. After reviewing the installation procedures we realized the IP address should be entered on the Call Center > General Properties page, but there were no controls visible to enter the address. We then checked the source code and found the control set for entering the data of the Master Client machine was commented out. Now to pose my question. Does anyone know why the control set is not available when the Call Center is showing Call Center Reporting and Enhanced Call Center being installed and how to make it available? If those options were not showing installed it would appear to be a key code problem and the Master Client control set should not be showing, but those options are installed. Again all help is appeciated in advance.
