Call Center Basic and Reporting

Customer has MICS 7.0 and CP150. Wants to set up Call Center Basic for 4 agents and also purchase the Windows based Reporting program. This will be our first setup of either.
Q1: How many hours should we allow for proper setup, testing, and training with CCB?
Q2; Same question for the Reporting program?
Q3: Any advice or warnings?
