Here'd a suggestion from Nortel
Sybase Open Client must be installed first. The remaining SECC 4.2 software must be then installed.
Server Utility 6.0
User is presented with an error dialog when canceling a print operation to Microsoft XPS document writer. The user should click on the OK button and the print is successfully cancelled
