call camp

Any idea why when a call is camped it goes to voicemail? I have the camp time set to 180. It seems like when you camp a call, the call goes on hold at the desired phone, then forwards to voicmail after about 15 seconds or three rings. If I take voicemail off the desired phone, it works just fine. This just started happening, and yes it did work like it should up until today. What do you think? Reboot?

Sounds like, the call might be getting transferred instead of camped. Are you using Feature 82 programmed onto a button or what? You might want to do a button inquiry to make sure it is still CAMP not transfer.

also check the prime for the line ...though i think this shouldnt matter
