call by call

Recently we have had many trouble with calls that are being forward to other national or international numbers - calls are being rejected when it is routed thru the AT&T SDN or Primeplex network and is send out thru the same or a similar AT&T route. We call AT&T and they are talking about (Call by Call). I need to understand Call by Call- how it operate in the Meridian system? Helpppp

are you going to change your routes to ISA? that places limits on max calls in any one direction.. i don't think cbc will be part of a solution.. are you sending clid>? some vendors will not handle casual routing
