Call by call Transferred Destination missing

Hi

We are in this mode:

The AACC version in use is the 6.3 SP10
This issues started after the upgrade from 6.3 sp5 to 6.3 sp 10.
The AACC is integrated with cs1k via AML

We have this scenario:

A call arrive to the Agent on the ACD. After the answer, the operator transfer the call to an external number and complete the transfer without waiting the answer from the other part. In this case in the call by call statics in the field AssociatedData (call event 95) we do not have the destination number. If the operator wait for the answer of the other part and then complete the transfer, we do have reported the destination number.

We jumped from 6.3 sp5 to 6.3 sp10 and before sp10 we didn't have this issue.

You can see this here in the call by call log, marked yellow is the record we are talking about.

In the yellow line, after "DEST:" we should have the transferred number.
This example is about a call when the operator makes a transfer and complete it on the ringing without waiting for the other part answer
