Call By Call Report

I have an odd problem that I'm sure a pep will fix. I'm just curious if anyone has seen and knows what I need.

On my call by call report, the "@call arrived" field has an incorrect date and time stamp.

But, the "eCallByCallStatYYYYMMDD.Stat" field has the correct timestamp, so I'm able to see my actual stats.

I'm just wondering if there is a known issue with the "@call arrived" field stamping incorrect date & times.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to ESPL or I'd look myself.
 
I noticed this too on some of my reports. It seems that it is only the first few records that contain the errors, the rest seem correct. No fix so far, sorry.
 
If you'll notice in your call by call reports, the calls with the errant Timestamp are the calls from applications that you actually have being recorded in the call by call config.

The rest of the report with the correct timestamps is just agent's DN usage.

Any others see this too?
