I have CCMA 6.0 on CS1000M(Opt81c), I put an Application to collect Call by Call data to make a comparison of times on reports from an Opt81c DCH, Symposium and Contact Recording. I went to configuration>Historical Statistics>select the correct application whit the collection method of local (the only option)>press submit. Then wait pass the 15 minuts period to the data be available, then I an put to none for collecting the call by call data. Make the prints an goes fine but then I went back later I did the same process and the report shows the time and Event with the correct time but on the CallID line at the far right hand end on Call Arrived: shows a day before and an incorrect time like 6 hours later. At the end of the Historical Statistics page under configuration there is the submit button and the reset button, I don't know if I have to press the reset button after I take the Call by Call collection to none. What You thinks it's happened and what I should do.
