Call By Call Report showing wrong time and date?

Hi!

I have CCMA 6.0 on CS1000M(Opt81c), I put an Application to collect Call by Call data to make a comparison of times on reports from an Opt81c DCH, Symposium and Contact Recording. I went to configuration>Historical Statistics>select the correct application whit the collection method of local (the only option)>press submit. Then wait pass the 15 minuts period to the data be available, then I an put to none for collecting the call by call data. Make the prints an goes fine but then I went back later I did the same process and the report shows the time and Event with the correct time but on the CallID line at the far right hand end on Call Arrived: shows a day before and an incorrect time like 6 hours later. At the end of the Historical Statistics page under configuration there is the submit button and the reset button, I don't know if I have to press the reset button after I take the Call by Call collection to none. What You thinks it's happened and what I should do.

Other thing!

The time that appears on the CCMA Reports and the Contact Recording Reports are the time that the CCMS has and the NCR has or are collected from the CS1000(PBX Opc81C).

I did the math and tests and it's reflects that the time the reports have are the one configured on the Servers not from the CS1000(PBX OpT81C), I'm right or wrong?
