Whenever I run reports out of my eCallbyCallStat tables it only displays 3999 call IDs. Any calls after after the 3999th call are added back into existing call Id's.

Ex.
Call ID #34
08:45 DN Call Initiated
08:46 DN Call Released
14:56 Local Call Answered
14:59 Local Call Released

Is there a limit to the amount of call id's allowed per day?
I have not been able to find a parameter to allow for more than 3999.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

GSAnalyst,

The call id is generated by the pabx. I believe that you need to program on the pabx for the call id range so that you can have higher range. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with pabx programming, thus I'm unable to give you more information on this :)

That is true. However, the call registers setting is one of a group of resource allocations for the PBX that should not be changed by anyone not knowledgeable in what that system will require and the impact of each change.

I tried to do it myself and I accidentally took down the call centre for about 4 hours.

Just kidding.

I appreciate the insight. I will definitely get my PBX supplier involved to do it properly.

Thanks for your help!
