Call-by-call data, more than one day?

Using Symposium 5.0 and Web Client 4.5, I am unable to get call-by-call data going back more than one day. The report errors out and says "The Call By Call report can be generated for the period of 1 day and 1 hour or less." However, when configuring the historical statistics parameters, I have the ability to set the call-by-call (days) value at 10. Does anyone know why can't I get 10 days worth of data then?

That is the limit you can get in a single report (query). For 10 days, run a report for each day.
