call broadcastion to all extension

not with MD, but partly with an external system (think of BHCA and limited featurelinkchannels and so on). But even with external system (i.e QSIG-Link) it can not be done simultaneously, because you can not have as many as qsig-channels as you have extensions. If you have 500 extensions and the external systems is conected via 60 channels, it lasts atleast five minutes to build calls to all extensions. And it is no "broadcasting".
