I am taking over support for a location that uses a product called CT-Connect that interfacses via Call Bridge for call control. Having strange issues, and noticed that whomever installed the product has the link configured as 10Mb/Half Duplex between CT-Connect & Call Bridge. Is that a hardware limitation or something like on the Avaya MAPD?

The port on the HICOM is only 10MB, not your issue.
