Doorking 1812 access plus @ the gate, copper to Cisco SPA 112, Ethernet to Cisco L2 switch, fiber to HP switch, fiber to HP switch, fiber to Cisco enterprise switch.
Call button is pressed @ gate, person in the "group" picks up talks presses a key and signals the gate via DTMF.
working fine until changing to AT&T CO's. have Hi loop current regulators (Sandman product) on each of 4 1MB's.
Combo card for the CO's version 2.

IP phones in the group, on Cisco switch, VLANS correct, switch translation between HP and Cisco configured,

Currently during the gate call, if incoming call occurs the system (randomly) generates tone (s) which can be heard during the gate call.waiting for clarity if both ends, gate call box and IP phone can gear the tone (s).
I have attached images of the analog options.
Note, considering the hi loop current reg's still had to adjust the AD DA due to echo/ static. AT&T CO's were active about 3 weeks prior to this issue.

Hopefully there's enough info above.

7/2/2020 update
Waiting for the customer to verify if "call waiting" is enabled on the 1mb.
Anyone have any experience with gate call box and call waiting? I'm wondering if this may be the issue

Thanks everyone
