I would like to block all number in my company starting with 090 and 118 can you tell me if this is possible i'm using an ip office 403 V2 software

Setup Shortcode

Example

Shortcode = 09n
Tel No = .
Action = Busy

You can also set an Action to go to Voicemail Server and play a pre recorded message IE Naughty Not allowed to ring this number. !!!!!

How do you activate this option Via the handset or IP Office Manager

Via Manager... but suggest you ask whoever sold you the system to give you some admin training before mucking around in there too much....
