Call Blocking

It appears on a version 6 switch ive taken over we are unable to divert an internal extn to a mobile. it appears it is blocked somewhere on the switch.

does anyone know how I can change this so that a caller from there mobile calling extension 1234 on DDI would then be routed to a mobile number?

Does the extension have a class of service with EDV (External diversion) allowed? (LCSD xx)

I would only have EDV enabled on the phones which actually need it. There is the risk of fraudulant calls.

Is trunk to trunk transfer allowed? (LTTA).

Does the extension you are trying to divert from, have the ability to dial mobile numbers ?
