Since yestarday we have problems to dial to the cellphones of sales on mexico city.

Appear Call Barred on the display

this is how we dial
904555 XXXX XXXX

I would suspect, it is an issue with your line provider.

We have, I think, occasionally seen this where we have defective ISDN channels/lines

but, the 'call barred' bit always initially makes you think it is a configuration/CoS thing on the Mitel.

This bit would apply to ISDN2/ISDN30 (BRI/PRI) only:

You could try turning debug on for a specific trunk, and then manually calling out via it.

In our case, we number trunks from 101 up

In System Maintenance commands:

locate trunk 101

gives:

Circuit Location : 6 1 2 1 1

so, taking the 6 1 2 1 we do:

edt trace TSP L2L3 6 1 2 1

then, force a call to use trunk 101 by using 'individual trunk select', **2 by default

so **2 0101

then, dial the number (without the leading 9 if that was there to get you an outside line)

04555 XXXX XXXX

and see what you get

repeat:
edt trace TSP L2L3 6 1 2 1
to turn it off

The above is for a Mitel 3300 with embedded ISDN card (doesn't apply to NSUs)
