We have a new customer that we just installed an IP OFFICE R11 for. On their previous system, they said they had the capability to Barr phones that were abusing the system from making calls for a period of time. Don't ask why they didn't fire the person.
I know we can do this from SysAdmin. Is there any capabilities of such from the Receptionist Console Software?
