I've got a customer on 5.0(26) that turned on Outgoing Call Bar for several phones and then found that short code *99 (which is paging for them) was blocked also.
Outside of setting up ARS for them, is there another option to fix this? Or, is there a short code 'range' that would work where *9x does not?
