Call Ball in citrix

Hi,
I am using citrix Meta frame server 1.8 and i have configure one user in usrmgr that he will get call back when he calls meta frame server through modem. whenever this user calls he recive a message please wait for call back. and he has to wait hours and hours he did not recive any call. other user with out call back function are conecting without problem.
