Sometimes the funcion *** to attemp dialling again for the last number doesn`t work? anybody here knows how to fix this problem? i had watched it happens at times..., i don`t know if it is a public problem ?, can someone help me?;.when the number is busy sometimes it works well,and sometimes it doesn´t works.

Not much information. What BC release, what type of trunk you are using??? Remember the software will only store the number after EOS received also doesn't work if you are using ISDN then the number you call is vacant and congested.
If analog trunk, set your number length properly.
