call back without call back key on 46xx

How can I make a call back on a low end Ip phone (4602)?

I filled in a feature access code for the auto callback.
When I call a number and I try to invoke a call back using the code I programmed, I only hear the DTMF tones through the ringback but there's no callback initiated...

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

What happens when you dial the FAC from the phone using the key pad? does the call go thru?

Yes, the call goes thru, meaning, I can hear the dtmf tones together with the ringback tone, but nothing is happening.
