Last week our Exchange server went down during a power failure and the UPS batteries failed. When it came back we had a problem sending email, but that was corrected by installing a patch for the McAfee Groupshield for Exchange. Everything seems normal except for sending email to one domain. They say they are using a call back verification service and our server isn't responding. Is this a setting that got hosed? We previously sent them messages and they were received.
Our exchange, which is sending to everyone else ok, gave this error to the message originator
