We want to have on our website an option for customers for us to call them back.
We'd like these numbers to then auto dial and then place that dialled queue into a CSQ. We tried using the place call step but can't get to work.
Can people please give me some helpful examples of this step?
Can we also play a prompt to the person we called rather that the triggering contact?
