Call back on busy malfunction

I have BC21.1 SP05 and when I activate a call back on a busy extension, I get call back immediately I drop my phone even when the extensio0n I called is still busy.
The system Is a two LIM without group switch.
It happens even in extensions located in same LIM.
It happens in both DTS and ATS.

What can I do?
