Call-back Issue !!

Hi,

Any help on the following would be sincerely appreciated:

I have a remote access router set-up on the network with a connecting PRI for remote access. A complaint that I received though is that when someone is connecting in from a BRI 2 channels are opening when making the call into the router but I have call back set-up on the router and it is only calling back on one channel, I need it to call back on 2..

Any ideas?

Multiink is set-up on the dialer so I assumed that would be enough??
