Call Back Facility

I have been given the task of investigating a call back facility. I do not think Symposium is up to the task, but does anybody know of such as system. What is required is.

Call dials in
realises a possible long wait.
presses a key for a call back.
call is dropped.
positionis kept in queue
when position reaches top of queue system calls caller back. Anounces that it is a call back and releases (so we dont spend too much).
Original caller then dials back in and enters at the top of the queue.

Is there such a beast out there....

u will require a dialer.

symposium alone cant do it.

few of the things can be achieved by the compbination of symposium and call pilot.
