Call back extension for phone system

Hi,

I hope this is the right forum for my problem:

We have several users traveling around the world contacting the company via their cell phone.

Due to the very high roaming taxes, we asked all employees to ask for a call back from the company to the cell phone.

The savings with this "solution" are huge, but unfortunately most of the people forget to ask already after a couple of weeks/days...

My question therefore, does anybody know or have tried a server-based call back solution, which could be placed and handled from our location ?
