Call back does not work

I have MD110 BC12 SP6. It is a two LIM without group switch.The call back feature does not work. When you activate a call back either on busy or no reply, you get the procedure executed, but you never get call back afterwords. Any idear on what could be the problem.

ahhh damn,
I had exactly this problem on a site that was upgraded to BC12, we had to restart one of the prog units, CMPS1 (this does all the CMP's) one of them deals with the ring back.

Also one of the program units in the upgrade was'nt updated/loaded.

There is a fix posted here try doing a "search" for this
