Call audio volume 1

BCM450 R6. Have been getting complaints recently that the call volume resets after each call and the users have to keep adjusting it. I have the receiver volume set to "use system volume". Is there anything else I can check or change? Thanks in advance.

You just told us what the issues is and whats is causing it.
Use "Set Volume".
