Call attendant on but local phones ring once

I have a BCM 200 3.7. I have the call attendant turned on and set for 0 rings with all 3 incoming lines. I am using a square template. Whenever a call comes in, it rings one time to all phones, but then cannot answer it. If you are calling in, you do not hear a singe ring. The call attendant aswers immediately. Any idea how to turn off the ring to all of the phones?

Program the lines on the phones for Appear only.
