Call Assistant dialing same number 2 times

Started using One-X and Call Assistant. Everything is worKing ok but when I go to use the Call Assistant Click to Call WITH cHROME BY highlighting a number in a web page then press TRL+SHIFT+C the calls is dialed ok. But then if I finish the call and then highlight another number then press CTRL+SHIFT+C it is dialing the previous number. When I try it again on the 3rd attempt it will finally dial the newly highlighted number.

I am also getting Security Alerts for invalid certificates even though I keep saving the certificate. I tried to find any info about this but nothing about this issue.
