Big Lucy has a customer that wants the incoming calls to the console to ring and appear on a multi line set. i added the consoles directory number to a button but they say it doesnt appear there, I'm in need of help

you can't put a directory number on a multi line set. there are many ways to do this i think but i only know one. you have to program a button for a CO line and then enter the trunk number so if there are many lines i am not sure how you could do this i think you would program a CO line group but i have never done it before. oops and that is for a sx200 i dunno have sx2000.
