Call appearance for voicemail message light

Hello,


I need to know if it is possible to get call appearance for voicemail message light so when someone calls in and asks me if they have any voicemails, I can tell them there message light is lit. I am running Succession 3.0 on my Option 61C switch. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

You will see each key of the phone and specifically the mwk and by the key it will say idle if no messages or I think active or something like that if there are messages.

Can you make a button option on a phone set to check this?

If only one person is calling you to see if they have messages you could try an XMWK key. You would have a key on your phone that lights when this user has a voicemail. If that sounds like it could help you post back and I'll give you the steps. What phone type are you using? I don't think it works on M2317 sets...if it's multiple people calling in to ask you if they have messages you may be able to put a couple of add-on mods on your phone (depending on phone type) and, of course, how many people would want this.
