I have an application that has a Call Transfer built in place that xfer's to an ANI which takes 7 rings before the other end picks up. Problem is that our Call App Builder for some reason will cut the call off after 5 rings and not allow the call to go thru the Call Transfer block. Is there something that can be done to resolve this? I have set the "transfer to" extension on the Call Transfer block to both the ANI - 650-624-xxxx and also built a phantom which xfer's to that same number will no luck.
