CALL "SYSTEM" USING..... PROBLEM

Hi forum!

I have a HP-9000 server running HP-UX v10.2. The enterprise applications are developed in Acucobol-85.

Since ago 2 weeks, the COBOL programs fails in CALL instructions. The CALL "system" USING... instruction, don't execute the UNIX commands Why? Any idea?
