Further to my earlier question. When setting up an MDN monitor in Ext Mgr for Ericcson. I know that the Call Alts for...

0 is flash, no ring
1 is flash and ring

But does anyone know what the 2, 3 and 4 represent. I am thinking possibly to pick up without the 7 key (Group Pickup) and ring direct (Auto Deflect)

Any help greatly appreciated.

3 muted ringing
4 delayed muted ringing
5 immediate speech connection, key controlled
6 immediate speech connection

Although, what is a delayed muted ring. Is that a delayed no sound. Sorry Im new to this.

There is a delay between ringing cycles and the the level of the ringing
