Hello,
Whenever one of our users dials an 866 number, an operator comes online and says, "Call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check your number and try again".
At first I thought this was an issue with the local phone service. But after having a technician come out and test all of our lines, he suggested to check the calling tables of our phone system to see what we're allowed to call.
All I can think of is the restrictions table. Unfortunataly I only see 1-900 restricted on both the sets and the lines.
Has anyone ever run into a similar situation? I've been reading through the manuals and can't figure it out. I have successfully reached the 866 number by bypassing the PBX system. So I know the 866 number does work. Plus some one tried to call another 866 number and could not get through.
Thanks!
