Call acounting with BCM

What is a good, basic, and of course inexpensive, call accouting software that can be used with the BCM, mostly the 50. Or is there something built in?

I have used Shodow Suite before on a nortel, but i think it might have too many features. I am looking for somthing dumber and cheaper. Thanks for the response.

I have found ISI will work with you and make sure everything is up and running. They have a fantastic support dept too.

Then they must have changed. I got rid of ISI because the help desk kept me on the line with them for hours with the end result still being no resolution. Just providing an alternate opinion/advisory based on personal experience.

They have an excellent Call Accounting product and are really cheap (under $300).

While the developer is in Moldova, whenever I need help I email him and have always been pleased with his quick turnaround, program fixes and support which are waiting for me in my email the following morning.
