weird?///.... Switch 1 option 51c and switch 2 Option 11 .
Our call accounting works in a way where two records are taken from ea. call and associated throught the call acct. system then processed in order to get the authorization code report to run and that is the way the system handles the operation. We ar able to do this on the Option 51c however for some reason this is not possible on the Option 11. The call acct system (JAZZ) cannot assoc. both records on the Option 11? Why and how can we rectify this?
 
I am assuming you have the same software at both sites - what software package are you using - or just Contact your call accounting softare vendor
