What kind of call accounting do you guys use? We use Microcall from Micro-Tel. Works well and the free tech support is excellent. My calls always get answered, by a real person, and transfered to a tech with 15 seconds.

We use MicroCall as well and have never had any problems. The tech support is awesome as well. We have never had any major problems, but any time we have called, we always get a human and sent straight to support.
